Physiotherapist/Owner

After working with a physiotherapist to rehab an injury during my track and field season, I knew that physiotherapy and helping people get back to what they love was what I wanted to do. In order to do so I completed an Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degree at Nipissing University, along with an Masters in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University.

Over my 2 years at Queen’s, I had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including the Hotel Dieu chronic pain clinic and with the Peterborough Petes of the OHL. I have experience treating a variety of patients and injuries including occupational injuries, chronic pain, amateur/high level athletes and community members of all ages.

I use my knowledge in movement, exercise, and manual therapy to create individual programs that assist my patients in reaching their goals. From the initial assessment I work with my patients to find the root cause of their dysfunction to not only improve their current function, but also prevent future injury. I have taken continuing education courses in acupuncture/dry needling, TMJ and concussion to help better serve my patients. In my spare time I am likely playing sports or in the gym. Regardless of your injury, lifestyle, age or skill level, I am 100% committed to helping you reach your goals and get back to what you love.

Mission & Vision

Our mission is to provide the highest quality health care to the northern communities of Ontario.

Our vision is to provide accessible and affordable healthcare across Northern Ontario to create high quality jobs and healthier communities.

Why Resilience?

Resilience Logos-06 (1).jpg

One of my passions in health care is showing people how strong and resilient we really are. Our logo was designed specifically with a willow branch which are known to be resilient, bend yet never break, and we want everyone that leaves the clinic to feel this way. Many narratives in the past have led people to believe that we are fragile and need to be fixed, but at Resilience we strive to show people how capable, strong and resilient they already are and can be.
